The 2017 show season started off well for G2 Performance Horses!

Grant Lindaman II piloted One Smooth Mate to the Junior Working Cow Horse Circuit Championship at the 2017 Arizona Sun Circuit, held at West World in Scottsdale, Arizona March 4 – 12, 2017. The pair also won the Rogers Heaven Sent Ranch Junior Horse Spectacular, which was the high composite score from the Junior Cutting and Junior Working Cow Horse classes. They took home a Scottsdale Performance Saddle from Scottsdale Western World, a check for $750, and a Professionals Choice gift certificate.

The Arizona Sun Circuit is one of the top American Quarter Horse Association shows in the country, and this year boasted the largest entries to date, which is great news for the horse industry! This show has certainly kicked off the stallion’s four year old year as a Derby horse. Up next, “Virgil,” a 2013 stallion by the great One Time Pepto out of Smooth Autumn Mate, will be headed to the National Reined Cow Horse Association Stallion Stakes Open Derby in Las Vegas, Nevada at the end of the month.
